CAMPERS WILL

Grow in their faith
Build personal confidence
Try new things
Disconnect for a week

Tons of fun activities!

At Timberlake Ranch Camps we believe in the positive impact that a week of summer camp can have.

Through age specific programming led by an incredible team your child will have the opportunity to grow in their faith, build personal confidence, and try new things. We place a high focus on the importance of healthy relationships. Camp is a place where every kid can be themselves and experience God's love through the friendships they create with other campers and the camp staff. Additionally, your camper will receive Gospel-centric teaching from incredible pastors who dedicate a week away from their local church to pour into the lives of every camper. Check out the available summer camp dates below and register your camper today!

Is your preferred week of camp full?

Join our waitlist and we will notify you when a camp placement becomes available. By joining our waitlist, we will actively work to keep you informed if and when availability for your preferred week of camp opens up. Joining our waitlist does not prevent you from registering for a different week of camp and making a change at a later date if spots open up. Please contact our camp office if you have further questions, 402-757-3207.

A week of camp includes:

UNIQUE FUN ACTIVITIES

Swimming, Kayaking, Blobbing, Campfires, Craft Barn, Human Fooseball, Obstacle Course, Hiking, Trail Rides, and so much more!

INTENTIONAL BIBLE STUDY

Each week of summer camp is built around a specific theme that is designed to challenge your child to grow in their faith and understanding of the Gospel.

CRAZY CAMP EXPERIENCES

Sometimes we get a little messy and even a little silly. Each day will be filled with engaging activities designed to excite the imagination and bring out the best in your child.

AMAZING CABIN LEADERS

Our highly trained, college-aged staff, will be with your child every moment of the week. Our cabin leaders love to play hard and are passionate about helping your child grow in their faith.

SMALL CABIN RATIOS

We know that intentional support and care for your child is important to you so we maintain a 1:7 staff to camper ratio in each cabin.

UNPLUGGING FROM NORMAL

Say goodbye to phones, social media, video chats, and all the digital noise that surrounds your child on a daily basis. We believe that when a child is able to disconnect they can be fully present and God can do incredible things.

Your Child Is In Good Hands

HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF

At Timberlake, camper safety is extremely important to us. We hire an incredible staff and put them through a two-week intensive training to equip them to take good care of your child and maintain a safe, fun environment for everyone.

CHRIST-CENTERED PROGRAMMING

We place the Gospel message at the center of everything we do. Each day your child will participate in age-appropriate Bible study, one-on-one mentoring, and a high-energy evening Chapel.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please choose the grade your camper will be entering this coming fall.

  • If you have registered your camper but need to move them to a different week, you can do so by calling the Timberlake office at 402-757-3207 or emailing us at camp@timberlake.org. As long as we have availability in your desired session, we will be happy to assist with this adjustment. Your payments and deposit will transfer to the new week.

  • You may cancel your registration at any time. However, in most cases, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of camp, all payments will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you do not cancel your registration before your check-in day, no refund will be issued.

  • If our camp session is full, you can place your camper on the waiting list. To officially join the waiting list, you will need to submit the camper application through our online registration program. There is no payment or deposit required to be on the waiting list, and you may add your camper to the waiting list for multiple weeks.

If any openings become available in the session, we will contact campers on the waiting list in the order they applied, up until the day camp begins. While we do our best to accommodate as many campers as possible, we cannot guarantee a spot for waitlisted campers unless another camper cancels or changes their camp dates.

For guaranteed placement, we recommend signing up for a camp session with availability while keeping your camper on the waiting list for their preferred dates. If a spot opens up, we can transfer your registration to the preferred date.

  • At Timberlake, we strive to ensure that all campers can attend camp, regardless of their financial situation. We encourage families to check with their local churches for potential camp scholarship assistance, as several of our member churches offer scholarships.

Timberlake also has generous donors who help make camper scholarships available. To apply for a scholarship, please call or email our office, and we will send you a scholarship application form.

  • In the camper registration portal, you can complete the optional Cabinmate Request Form to request up to two friends as cabinmates. We do our best to honor cabinmate requests, but we typically do not place large groups of friends together. Cabinmates must be of the same gender and attend the same specific session and age group. Horsemanship campers are usually not placed in the same cabins as other campers.

If you need to add or modify a cabinmate request after submitting the Cabinmate Request Form, you may call or email the office no later than one week before check-in, and we will process the change.

  • If your child has any significant needs (e.g., medical diagnosis, mental health concerns, educational or behavioral needs), we ask that you contact us each year before completing your registration. You can reach us by emailing camp@timberlake.org or calling 402-757-3207. We will work with you to evaluate your child’s situation on a case-by-case, year-by-year basis to determine if Timberlake is the best fit for them. While we desire for every child to experience summer camp, we are not equipped to accommodate some exceptional needs.

  • Drop-off is on Sunday afternoon, and pick-up is on Friday morning. Specific times and procedures will be detailed in the Parent Handbook, available on May 1st. If you need more information, please call or email our office.

  • You can pre-order a T-shirt for your camper when completing their application. You can also log back into your camper account later to add a T-shirt. To do this, go to the Summary section and click on the blue Add Sessions, Campers, and Options button. Select the session your camper is registered for (indicated by a green checkmark). Under the session details, available options will appear, allowing you to add a T-shirt to your cart.

After adding the T-shirt, be sure to complete the T-shirt Size Form. T-shirts will be available for pre-order until May 1st. If you do not pre-order a T-shirt, some may be available for purchase in the camp store; however, we cannot guarantee that your camper’s size will be in stock.

  • Campers in 4th-6th grade camps have the option to add a horseback trail ride. Trail rides are approximately an hour of basic instruction and riding and cost an additional $20 per camper. Trail ride selections must be added in the camper registration program by no later than one week before your camper’s session begins. If you did not add a trail with your original registration, you can add one by logging into your camper registration accountant   To do so,  go to the summary section, and click on the blue add sessions, campers, and options button. Click on the session your camper is registered for (there should be a green check mark next to it). Under the session, options should appear, and you can add a trail ride to your cart. Campers who choose a trail ride should bring long pants and socks to camp for their trail ride.  Boots and helmets will be provided.

  • Our kitchen can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegetarian diets. If you would like Timberlake to provide these substitutions, please indicate your requests on your child’s medical form. For dietary restrictions beyond what our kitchen can provide, please contact our office at least two weeks before your child arrives at Timberlake. If we are not contacted in advance, it may not be possible to accommodate special requests.

  • Campers can purchase snacks such as soft-serve ice cream, slushies, nachos, pretzels, soda, chips, candy bars, beef jerky, and smaller fun-size candies. Snack prices range from $0.25 to $4.00 per item.

We also offer a variety of Timberlake souvenirs, including t-shirts, hats, ball caps, water bottles, stuffed animals, stickers, magnets, postcards, and buttons. Apparel usually ranges from $10 to $20 per item, while smaller items are priced between $0.50 and $2.00.

  • We suggest $5 to $10 per visit to the store. 4th–6th grade campers will visit the store four times, so we recommend $20 to $40.

If you’d like your child to have spending money for the camp store this summer, log in to your camper account. Once logged in, you’ll see a page labeled "View My Registrations." Under the Summer Camp 2025 section, click the blue "View Details" button.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the “Timberlake Camp Store” section. Click the blue “Add Deposit” button to be directed to a page where you can add spending money for each registered child and enter your debit or credit card information to complete the payment.

You can also log in to your camper account during the week to check your camper’s camp store balance and add more funds if needed.
